Missionary Flights International
This year the tithe from my creative endeavors is going to Missionary Flights International.
MFI is a group of pilots, mechanics, and volunteers that run out of the airport in my home town. They meet the needs of over 450 missions in the Bahamas, Haiti, the Dominican Republic, and wherever the Lord directs. About 300 tons of cargo and 4,000 Christian workers are transported every year.
Their pilots raise support to live, just like other missionaries! My family has toured the hangers, flown on their plane, and helped at their food packing events. Every time I go there, I'm blown away by what God is doing to meet both spiritual and physical needs through this charity! They are organized, hard-working, gospel-living people.
You can learn more about them at MissionaryFlights.org.
