Reading Your History
My kids and I have gradually moved into a very, very book driven form of history study.
I love the fact that I can give them a subject and then let them explore what fascinates them most. They journal about their work, but still require a good bit of prompting to do so (those blank pages can be intimidating)!
So today I'm introducing my new series of study journals, It's About Time! These history studies are designed for use with a living books approach (such as Charlotte Mason, Classical, or Whole-Hearted Learning).
So, for those of you interested, the first one is about U.S. Presidents.
Feedback and suggestions for other units would be totally welcome.
I'm going the printed route (with Amazon), but I am curious if parents would like a printable PDF option... Let me know in the comments, please!
